Harper, Rains, Knight and Company, P.A. is a service-oriented certified public accounting firm dedicated to providing its clients with quality accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting services while meeting the accounting profession’s highest technical and quality control standards.

Our History

Our firm was established in 1994 through the merger of two local CPA firms that had been in existence for over 30 years. Harper, Rains, Knight & Company’s home office is located in Ridgeland, Mississippi with an additional office in Washington, DC. We believe the continued growth and success of our firm is dependent on our ability to provide a wide array of personalized services and guidance to our business and individual clients in a rapidly evolving and ever-changing accounting industry.
